Remote Support Sessions

GO Networks is proud to introduce a new way to provide you with excellent support: In certain cases we can now help you without even having to go to your office!
If you have broadband internet access (DSL, Cable, Satellite), you can initiate a remote control session with us from any computer inside your office/home, even if you have a firewall!

Before you start, please contact us at (707) 283-4010 to schedule a session. When instructed to do so by our help desk team, click on the link below, which will download and start our remote control program.

Internet Explorer: Please click on 'Run' to directly start our program.

Netscape/Mozilla: You will not be able to directly run the program, instead save it on your Windows Desktop, close your browser, then double-click on the 'GO Networks' icon on your desktop.

Also, your computer may ask you to confirm the download for security reasons, please answer affirmatively to all questions in order to allow our program to function properly.
